If you’re unhappy with a product for any reason, please reach out to the True Team at trueteam@truebotanicals.com as we can help address any questions or concerns. Otherwise, we issue full refunds for product(s) returned within 30 days. While we're happy to refund or replace your product, we are unfortunately unable to refund shipping charges.
